At Dingley Lane Cupcakery, we believe in using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients to create delicious and visually stunning baked goods. We take pride in our attention to detail and strive to exceed our customers' expectations with every order.

From mixing the ingredients to decorating the finished product, every step of our baking process is done by hand. We take the time to ensure that every item that leaves our bakery is of the highest quality

Our Heritage

Dingley Lane was once name Falls Road Olinda located in the Dandenong Ranges, Victoria. It was where my Nan owned the General Store at the Olinda Shops and my Step Grandfather had a farm where he grew daffodils, raspberries, strawberries, potatoes and so much more fresh produce. It was fate that my Nan met George Dingley and they were to marry and live happily ever after.

The farm was surrounded by rainforest and a little stream down in the gully where my Nan would pop on a sardine while my brother and I weren't watching and pretend we had caught it on our makeshift fishing rod made from cotton and a stick.

My Nan would tell us stories about fairies and bunyips and that the rainforest was full of magic. It was my most favourite place in the world. There came the time when my Grandparents aged and needed to sell their property. It was bought by the Olinda Nursery.

The old house, built by George still stands there today, exactly the same, purple bath and all. When George passed, Falls Road was renamed 'Dingley Lane' after him.

It's a place of beauty and pure magic. It reminds me of love and family, fresh air, hydrangeas and ferns.In honour of my beautiful Grandparents, I have rebranded my business to 'Dingley Lane Cupcakery' where cupcakes are made to make memories.
